Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Vice President of Sales will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and manage key accounts. This role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Vice President of Sales will collaborate with management to align sales strategies with organizational goals and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales OperationsExperience in Account Management and building strong client relationshipsExpertise in Business Development and identifying market growth opportunitiesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plusProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
