Site Engineer | Healthcare Facility | DundalkLocation: DundalkEmployment Type: PermanentSalary Package: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Company Technology, Training FundVickerstock Construction are working in partnership with a main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of a Healthcare facility in Dundalk. This is an exciting opportunity that offers invaluable opportunity to learn Project Management skills and advance your career. With exposure across supply chain coordination, on-site supervision, health & safety enforcement, and quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will work closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards.

The Role | Site EngineerYou will play a key role in the coordination and supervision of site works, ensuring engineering compliance, progress tracking, and effective communication across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Management team, and receive mentorshipCoordinate set outs for structural steel, cladding and partitionsAttend internal progress meetingsAssist with procurement and acquisition of all BOQ items Support Site Manager with planning and delivery of civil and structural installationsCoordinate subcontractors and ensure all works meet company standardsLiaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure technical complianceIssue technical reports, method statements and other required documentationManage site health & safety documentation and enforce safe practicesEnsure teams are working from the latest drawings and specificationsConduct subcontractor inspections and maintain quality assurance recordsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:
