Video and Photography Intern

About The RoleWe're looking for a creative and hands-on Video & Photography Intern to join our marketing team. You'll play a key role in producing visually engaging content for our social media channels, events, and marketing campaigns. If you love storytelling through visuals and want to gain real-world production experience in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.What You'll DoAssist in planning, shooting, and editing video and photo content for social media, events, and marketing materialsSupport end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, shot listing, setup, and post-productionOperate various cameras and recording equipment (e.g. DSLR, DJI Osmo Pocket, mobile devices, etc.)Handle lighting setup, sound recording, and microphone placement during shootsEdit and colour-grade video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalentHelp ensure production deadlines are met and content is delivered on timeCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and pitch new content ideas for social media and campaignsMaintain an organised library of video and photo assetsRequirementsAcademic background in Communications or Film School Basic understanding of the video production process — from pre-production to post-productionKnowledge of storyboarding and planning a shootFamiliarity with camera operations, lighting, and sound recordingPassion for storytelling and an eye for what makes a video engagingBasic to intermediate proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamBasic Photography and photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)Include your resume and portfolio or sample works (video links, photos, or social media content).
