Video Content Creator

We are looking for an experienced Independent Video Content Creator who can handle the full production process on their own. This role requires someone who is able to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos — including using AI tools to speed up the workflow.The ideal candidate is highly independent, proactive, and able to deliver a minimum of 3 reels per day without constant supervision.Responsibilities:Independently manage the entire video production process: concepting, shooting, editing, and finishing.Conduct video shooting using camera or mobile devices with minimal guidance.Edit videos efficiently using professional editing software and social media native editors (Instagram Reels, TikTok editor, CapCut template tools, etc.)Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Utilize AI editing and AI video generation tools (Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, Pika Labs, etc.) to accelerate production.Deliver at least 3 reels daily with consistent quality and creativity.Work independently while ensuring results match brand or client guidelines.Organize and manage video files efficiently.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience as a Videographer & Content Creator.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in professional editing software:Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop, etc.Skilled in using built-in social media editing tools, including: Instagram Reels Editor, TikTok Video Editor, CapCut templates, YouTube Shorts basic editing toolsStrong skills in modern, fast-paced reel-style content creation.Knowledgeable in shooting techniques (lighting, framing, mobile & camera workflow).Strong sense of visual storytelling and short-form pacing.Familiar with AI video creation & editing workflows.Able to meet tight deadlines and produce multiple daily outputs.Creative, self-driven, and solution-oriented.Portfolio required.Benefits:Competitive salary based on skill & experience.Opportunity to work with strong brands in beauty, lifestyle, F&B, and digital products.Access to AI-based editing and creative tools.Fast-growing and creative work environment.Career growth opportunities.📩 Send your CV and portfolio (if available) to:thomas@futuremediatrix.comSubject: Video Content Creator – [Your Name]
