Job Overview:The AI Video Editor is a core member of the Creative Team and is responsible for building the end-to-end video content pipeline—from concept development to production, post-processing, and final delivery. This role ensures consistent media quality for projects across all content types, including marketing communications, product demos, brand storytelling, and visual assets.The ideal candidate possesses strong product understanding, creative thinking, solid technical execution, and the ability to proactively propose new visual directions.Key Responsibilities:1. Project-Level Content ProductionDevelop video creation/development roadmap which is aligned with business objectivesDevelop short-form and long-form video concepts, visual themes, and moodboards as per requested.Create detailed scripts, scene breakdowns, and storyboards for each asset/video.Establish and maintain a consistent visual system (look & feel) across all videos’ content.2. AI Asset CreationGenerate AI images, AI videos, motion interpolation, and AI-driven VFX using tools such as:Runway, Pika, Genmo, Kaiber, Midjourney, SDXL, ComfyUI, ControlNet, AnimateDiff, etc.Manage all AI assets including source files, versioning, presets, models, and workflows.3. Editing & Post-productionEdit complete videos with proper timing, motion, effects, tracking, color grading, and audio.Produce video assets for multiple formats: ads, product demos, in-app content, landing page visuals, and social media.Optimize the AI → Video production workflow to improve speed and output quality.4. Quality & Delivery ManagementBuild weekly/monthly production plans for all media deliverables in the project.Ensure output meets visual, narrative, and technical quality standards.Participate in concept reviews, script reviews, and propose continuous improvements.5. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product &  Marketing teams to understand requirements.Join team brainstorming sessions for campaigns, animation concepts, and key visuals.Contribute to building content library (AI models, footage, transitional assets).6. AI Video R&DStay updated with emerging AI tools (Veo, Luma, HyperHuman, Kling, etc.).Propose new pipelines to enhance visual quality and production efficiency.Requirements:Degree or formal training in Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, or any creative field with relevant hands-on experience.Comfortable working with AI-generation, text-to-video, and rapid-prototyping tools for content creation2–3 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or AI Video Production.Proficient in at least three of the following tool groups:AI Video: Grok, VEO3, Kling, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, GenmoAI Image: Midjourney, Gemini, SDXL, ComfyUIEditing: Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci ResolveStrong visual sense: layout, pacing, color, composition.Proactive, able to manage deadlines, and fully responsible for end-to-end output.Nice-to-have:Experience with advanced motion graphics or light VFX.Background in content production for tech/AI products.Experience working full-c4ycle in large media or creative projects.Remuneration Package:Work location: Level 20, Lancaster Luminaire, 1154 Lang Street, Lang Ward, HanoiWorking hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week, 7 hours per day); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00Salary: NegotiablePerformance review: 2 times/yearPremium PVI Insurance PackageTransportation allowance and free motorbike parking included.Free snack, coffee, tea available.Variety of corporate events: weekly tea-break, monthly birthday parties, quarterly team building to New Year party, company trip etc.Friendly, open and fast-paced environment where every idea is welcomed.Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor LawContact:Please send your CV to hr@aiavatar.work Phone: (+84) 325500699
