This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple content formats while building your portfolio in a dynamic environment.What You'll Be DoingEdit engaging marketing videos that showcase our brand and productsCreate scroll-stopping short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Produce clear and compelling tutorial videos that help our audience learn and growCollaborate with our marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver on-brand contentStay current with video editing trends and platform-specific best practicesOrganize and manage video assets and project files efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fieldProficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platformsCreative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual compositionFamiliarity with motion graphics and color grading is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesEnthusiasm for learning and taking creative directionWhat You'll GainReal-world experience editing diverse content typesMentorship from experienced content creatorsPortfolio pieces across marketing, social, and educational contentUnderstanding of content strategy and audience engagementCollaborative team environmentPosition Details:Location: Juja Highpoint (Fully Onsite)Schedule: 6 days a weekCompensation: KES 18,000 per monthTo Apply: Send your resume, portfolio or reel showcasing your editing work, and a brief note about why you're interested in this role.
