Job Title: Video Editor & AI-Powered Content CreatorLocation: Aalexandria , smouha [On-site ]Type: [Full-time }About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Video Editor and Content Creator who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, visual design, and emerging AI tools. You’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-impact video content for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries—from punchy social media clips to cinematic brand films. This role blends creative vision with technical execution, requiring both traditional editing mastery and fluency in next-gen AI-driven content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot and edit end-to-end video content for a wide range of clients and industries, transforming raw footage into polished, brand-aligned narratives.Produce both short-form (social media reels, digital ads) and long-form content (brand documentaries, event videos) optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, broadcast, and live events.Apply advanced post-production techniques—including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, text animation, and custom visual elements (e.g., lower thirds, title sequences)—to elevate storytelling and maintain brand consistency.Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, MidJourney, etc.) to generate characters, scenes, animations, mood boards, and short animated clips that enhance creative output.Turn scripts, concepts, or rough ideas into engaging visual stories—managing your own creative pipeline from ideation through final delivery.Stay ahead of video trends, platform algorithms, and AI innovations to ensure content remains fresh, effective, and platform-optimized.Accurately estimate editing timelines, manage multiple concurrent projects, and proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, or schedule changes.Collaborate closely—but independently—with our Lead Writer and Creative Director, requiring minimal oversight while maintaining creative alignment.Required Skills & QualificationsProven portfolio demonstrating excellence in both short-form and long-form video editing.Mastery of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).Hands-on experience with AI video and content generation tools—you’re not just familiar with them, you use them creatively and efficiently.Strong understanding of post-production workflows, visual storytelling, and brand-driven content.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines without compromising quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate creative choices and manage client expectations.A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation in digital media and AI-assisted creation.Bonus Points If You…Have experience shooting on-location or in-studio with professional camera gear.Understand basic lighting and audio capture principles.Bring fresh ideas for integrating generative AI into traditional video pipelines.How to Apply : please send your resume and portfolio to Habiba-elherazy@haweya.co
