This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating catchy intros, and making content accessible and easy to consume for all audiences.What You'll Do:Edit and transform YouTube content into engaging, high-quality videos tailored for Facebook and SnapchatCraft compelling intros and structure videos to maximize audience retention and engagement Ensure content is accessible, easy to follow, and appealing to a broad audienceCollaborate with content leads to refine storylines and optimize videos for each platformDeliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistencyWhat We're Looking For:Deep understanding of social media video formats and best practices3+ years of experience editing videos for Facebook and SnapchatExpert-level knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)Familiarity with MrBeast content, short-form trends, and viral social storytellingAbility to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedbackStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailHiring Process:If selected to move forward, the interview process will include a brief introductory conversation, an editing case study, and a final interview with the Syndication team.
