Since Our Creation 2 Years Ago, We HaveRaised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint CapitalBeen incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)We're now hiring a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel our pipeline and category leadership.What Will You DoAs our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the operational engine behind Qevlar’s demand generation machine — transforming strategy into pipeline. You will design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to generate SQLs and accelerate revenue, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content.Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (ABM, paid ads, email nurture, webinars, content syndication)Build and iterate account-based programs (1:Few and 1:Many) including account lists, personalization, and targetingManage paid advertising programs (LinkedIn Campaign Manager + Google Ads), optimizing for conversion and pipeline impactBuild, test, and optimize email nurture workflows and sequences in HubSpot, including lead scoring and routing logicDrive webinar and digital event promotion programs end-to-endPartner with SDR/BDR and Sales teams to maximize follow-up and conversion performanceAnalyze campaign performance weekly (MQL→SQL %, cost per SQL, attribution) and reallocate budget based on dataBuild dashboards and reports in HubSpot/Looker/Excel to track pipeline contributionCollaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content to ensure messaging alignmentManage multiple campaign projects simultaneously with clear prioritization and timelinesWho You AreWe’re seeking someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment and can translate strategy into measurable impact quickly.3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign management (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)Proven track record running demand gen programs that generate pipelineHands-on HubSpot power user (workflows, scoring, automation, reporting)Experience with paid search and paid social (LinkedIn + Google)Strong understanding of ABM tactics and segmentationHighly analytical — comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and weekly performance reviewsExcellent campaign copywriting fundamentals (emails, ads, landing pages)Strong project management — running 5–10 campaigns at onceBias for action — ship fast, iterate fastOwnership mindset — accountable for results, not activitiesResourceful, creative, and driven by curiosityWhy join usWork on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurityA high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its successShape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circlesA company culture that values autonomy and creativityOpportunity for equity and early ownershipWe’re flexible on location — you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in Paris’ 9th arrondissementIf you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you.
