Content Creator Sydney - Full-timeWe’re looking for a hands-on Content Producer who knows how to turn strategy into stories that actually connect. You’ll be capturing, editing, and producing high-quality content that drives engagement across social, digital, PR, and live activations.This role blends corporate storytelling and lifestyle-led content - from filming project milestones and stakeholder tours, to creating UGC-style reels that spotlight people, places, and communities. If you thrive on pace, culture, and creativity, this one’s for you.What you’ll be doingProducing short-form video, photography, and motion content for social, PR, digital, and events.Creating trend-driven reels, stories, and UGC-style content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Partnering with marketing and comms teams to deliver content for campaigns, announcements, and activations.Providing on-the-ground coverage at events, launches, and community experiences.Maintaining asset libraries and optimising content for reach and engagement.What we’re looking for3 - 5 years’ experience in content creation, production, or social-first marketing.Strong skills in filming, photography, and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom or similar).A proven track record creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.A sharp eye for platform trends and mobile-first storytelling.Organised, adaptable, and confident working across multiple stakeholders.Bonus points for experience in lifestyle, property, hospitality, or cultural industries.This is a role for a digitally native creative who can jump between corporate polish and lifestyle authenticity — and loves making content that cuts through. if this sounds like you please apply with a showreel or portfolio of work to the design team at FBI Talent Co and if you are successful we will be in touch.
