The roleAs Video Storyteller at Glow Worm Company, you will translate complex ideas relating to our culture, brand, products/services and impact into visual narratives that drive behavioural change. Video Production & EditingBuild short- and long-form video content for social media, ranging from ad campaigns to explainer videosBuild/Edit videos for product demos, event promotions, and testimonials and interviews, for both internal and external useTransform scripts into visually compelling and engaging videos that resonate with the target audience 2. Storytelling Co-create scripts and storyboards with internal teams to develop a purposeful storytelling approachCraft a strong, clear narrative by weaving together raw footage, B-roll, scripts and other key information to create impactful videosLeverage powerful visuals and audio elements to enhance storytelling and create immersive, engaging videos 3. Brand asset creation Build and organize brand assets, such as memes and GIFs, that can be used by the team in presentations, social media posts, internal communications, etc. 4. Team capacity buildingCreate guidelines and tips for team members to capture high-quality raw footageMinimum qualifications and requirements3-5+ years’ experience in producing high quality video content for YouTube creators or equivalent agile, all-hands-on-deck environments.Deep knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro/Da Vinci Resolve for high-quality video production.Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects to create engaging motion graphics and animations.Experience with Adobe Audition or equivalent tools for high-quality sound design and editing.Solid understanding of lighting, rotoscopy, and color grading to enhance video quality.Understanding of social media platform specifications to tailor content for different channels.Experience in both short- and long-form video editing to create dynamic and engaging content.Experience with video-to-video and text-to-video AI models.
