Video Editor — monday.com ProductsLocation: 56 Van Coi, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.  Team: Creative / Product Marketing Company: WALA-ICT (Platinum Partner of monday.com, South Korea) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 (40 hrs) Mission:Turn complex features into clear, engaging stories through video. Your role is to visualize monday.com apps in motion — creating short, smart, and visually polished explainers that educate, inspire, and convert.You’ll work closely with our Korean creative team (and AI voice tools) to produce global-standard content that helps users see the value before they even click. What You’ll Do:Edit short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and internal demos) introducing monday.com features and updates.Create product explainers, tutorials, and launch teasers — hook fast, land the benefit, show the click.Add subtitles, motion graphics, and AI voice narration to make each video accessible and engaging.Design thumbnails, intros/outros, and CTAs that match brand tone and visual identity.Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and the Korean HQ team to maintain a consistent brand story.Manage and organize the creative asset library for re-use and iteration. What Success Looks Like (in 90 Days):5+ new product or feature videos shipped, improving watch-through rates and engagement.A repeatable editing workflow with templates, AI narration setup, and motion graphics standards.A consistent, polished video identity that represents monday.com apps from WALA-ICT. Must-Haves:1+ year experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).Strong story sense — you know how to turn product features into simple visual stories.Ability to add subtitles, motion graphics, and music with a clean, professional finish.Strong English (no Korean required — support provided).Portfolio of short-form videos or motion design projects (please include links). Nice-to-Haves:Experience editing SaaS or tech product videos.Familiarity with AI tools (text-to-speech, auto-captioning, translation).Basic understanding of content funnels and what makes a video “convert.”monday.com or similar productivity tool experience.
