Senior Export Sales Executive

Location: Djibouti (Relocation Required)Nationality: EgyptianIndustry: FMCG / Edible OilsExperience Required: 7–8 years in Export SalesEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Export Sales Executive to drive our export business growth. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian with a strong background in export sales, preferably within the FMCG or edible oil sector, and a proven track record in developing new markets. This role will be based in Djibouti and will play a key role in expanding Golden Africa’s presence across key global and regional markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute export sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets.Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets, particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and other strategic regions.Manage end-to-end export operations, including sales negotiations, contracts, pricing, and shipment coordination.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target markets.Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth export operations.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings as required.RequirementsEgyptian (mandatory requirement).Minimum 7-8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or edible oils.Strong expertise in international sales, market development, and cross-border business operations.Proven track record in identifying and establishing new markets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, customs regulations, and international logistics.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.Willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Djibouti.Proficiency in English; Arabic and French are added advantages.Why Join Us?Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing FMCG group.Good compensation package with relocation support.Dynamic, multicultural work environment with strong career-growth potential.
