We design and build electronics supported by powerful software — including our flagship product, Tipsoi, an HRM device and software that’s redefining how organizations manage people and processes.We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Video Editor who can blend traditional editing skills with AI-powered tools to produce bold, engaging, and innovative content for our brand and products.Key Responsibilities:Create and edit videos for marketing, product showcases, and social media using both professional editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and AI-based tools.Experiment with AI video generation, voiceover, motion graphics, and visual effects.Develop engaging storylines and visuals that simplify complex tech ideas.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.Stay ahead of trends in AI, editing styles, and digital storytelling.Requirements:Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Designer.Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro, plus experience with AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika, Synthesia, or similar.Excellent sense of visual composition, rhythm, and storytelling.Ability to think creatively and outside the box — not just follow templates.Passion for exploring new technologies and visual possibilities.Benefits:Lunch facilities : Fully SubsidizedSalary Review (yearly)Weekly 2 days holidayFestival BonusHow to Apply: Send your CV and portfolio/video samples to hr@inovacetech.com with the subject line “Application for Video Editor”.
