We specialize in building and scaling great e-commerce DTC brands through ad creatives, email marketing, store optimization, and strategy.We are looking for experienced Video Editor to join our team and cook some winners for Meta Ads. Get Ready To:Create both short- and long-form (DTC) and VSL videos for various paid advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Generate and integrate highly realistic AI avatars, as well as create AI-driven video and image assets that elevate the final edit and give campaigns a cutting-edge edge.Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content that authentically represents the brand and drives both views and conversions.Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and deadlines. Your edits should be polished, engaging, and on-brand.Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, while also elevating production value for premium content.We Expect You To Have:A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing abilities, especially for social media and ads.Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI and other relevant tools.A deep understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences.Be fast, creative, and always eager to learn and try new things. Stay updated with the latest industry trends.Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and content creators, to achieve campaign goals.Salary:Gross salary for a full-time position 1200-2000 Eur + monthly bonuses for achieved KPIsAn individual work certificate and monthly invoices are required for this position.
