DescriptionWe’re building a next-generation creative studio powering multiple fast-growing brands.We’re looking for a Video Editor, a true wizard of Premiere Pro (DaVinci optional, motion graphics welcome), to turn raw footage into polished, high-volume, high-impact content. You’ll work within a creative system built for efficiency, with templates, workflows, and briefs designed to make your work faster, easier, and more consistent.This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and perfect for someone who loves speed, precision, and creativity at scale. AI generative skills are a plus, but the core is craft, mastery, and building editing systems.ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for multiple brands, ensuring speed and consistency.Build and maintain editing systems, templates, and workflows to maximize efficiency.Add motion graphics, effects, and finishing touches to elevate content.Collaborate with Lead Videographer, creative strategists, and the post-production team.Work from creative briefs to deliver content that matches brand identity and campaign goals.Organize media libraries, maintain project files, and ensure version control.Contribute ideas to improve production efficiency and content quality.Optional: experiment with AI generative tools to enhance or accelerate editing.Requirements2–4 years of professional video editing experience (brand, agency, or studio).Expert in Premiere Pro; motion graphics experience a plus.Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.Ability to deliver high-volume output without compromising quality.Comfortable working within structured workflows and creative systems.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.Curious and adaptable, able to experiment with new tools and techniques.Personal AttributesYou thrive in systems, building templates, workflows, and shortcuts that make everyone’s life easier.You’re motivated by growth, mastery, and building content that makes an impact.You’re collaborative and open to feedback, eager to contribute to a creative team.BenefitsFull-time, in-office position based in Tunis, 5 days per week.Work with top-tier footage, creative briefs, and premium brands.Operate within a systemized studio environment designed for efficiency and high-quality output.Access to professional software, equipment, and ongoing workflow development.Opportunity to experiment with AI tools, motion graphics, and creative techniques.Clear path for growth into senior editing or creative leadership roles.CompensationCompetitive salary, based on experience and skill level.
