We provide a full suite of solutions that enable brands to bring their unique stories to life across online customer journey.About the job:The Producer is responsible for turning creative ideas into high-quality video outputs that align with the brand’s direction and objectives. This position bridges creative ideation and on-set execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Pre-ProductionCollaborate with Marketing Team to understand campaign ideas and transfer them into detailed shooting scripts and production plans.Develop production timelines, shortlists, and budgets for each assigned project.Source and coordinate with external vendors, talents, locations, and crew when necessary.Ensure all pre-production logistics are ready prior to shooting day.Production (On-set)Take on the role of on-set director to bring the concept and script.Supervise the entire shooting process, including framing, lighting, performance direction, and set continuity.Work closely with camera man to ensure creative vision and brand consistency are maintained.Solve unexpected issues on set while balancing time, budget, and quality.Post-ProductionEdit video, sound design, and color grading process to produce final deliverables that meet creative and technical requirements.Ensuring storytelling flow and brand tone are consistent.Create and produce short videos with trend-based concepts to boost engagement and drive user action.Maintain content calendars, ads boosting and ensure timely posting.Manage communication projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.Qualifications:At least 2–3 years of experience in video production, preferably in an agency or brand-side creative team.Hands-on experience in directing, camera work, and video editing.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong ability to catch trends and create short videosExperience using AI tools for content ideation and simple video production.Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about social media.Knowledge/experience with video editing software.Strong storytelling skills and understanding of visual communication.
