You will be working on global-scale projects with the world's leading media brands🚀.ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical specialist, analyzing deep into complex incidents within distributed systems to ensure seamless video delivery.Analyze flow performance, incident patterns, and identify opportunities for system improvement.Contribute to the evolution of our observability and self-healing systems, providing continuous feedback to the team.Mentor Level 2 personnel on incident triage and documentation, and create new playbooks and automation scripts.Collaborate with a team responsible for delivery orchestration across platforms like Airspace, NS1, Akamai, Fastly, and CloudFront.Apply a systems thinking approach to solve challenges related to retries, TTLs, latency, and routing at scale.RequirementsPractical experience in CDN operations and large-scale video delivery.Strong background in distributed systems and a systemic approach to problem-solving.Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical incidents in a fast-paced production environment.Knowledge of networking operations and concepts related to video streaming.Strong communication in English, with experience working with U.S. clients.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and mentor junior colleagues.Nice to HaveExperience with monitoring tools like Visor, Mux, Conviva, Touchstream, Grafana, and Prometheus.Basic scripting skills in Python for automation.Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.A background in telecommunications or network operations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the video tech industry with a talented and diverse team🙌.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities🚀.Collaborative culture that fosters growth through technical challenges and opportunities.If you’re ready to dive deep into video delivery challenges, work on systems at scale, and contribute to a team that ensures flawless content for millions, we’d love to hear from you!
