Videographer

This is a full-time, in-office position for a Videographer / Camera Operator / YouTube Producer based in Dubai, UAE. The specialist will be responsible for the entire production cycle of YouTube content: from concept development and filming to editing, optimization, and analytics. The role requires continuous involvement in the project, fast communication, and deep engagement with the channel’s visual strategy.Key Responsibilities• Develop scripts and video concepts, propose new formats and creative approaches.• Select and prepare filming locations; ensure full technical setup and organization.• Conduct professional video shooting: operate the camera, set up lighting, record sound, and create composition.• Edit long-form videos and Shorts; perform color correction, sound enhancement, and music selection.• Create compelling thumbnails and previews designed to drive high CTR.• Optimize content for YouTube SEO: tags, descriptions, keywords, structure.• Analyze channel metrics such as retention, engagement, and views; draw insights and suggest improvements.• Contribute to developing the channel’s visual style and content strategy.Requirements• Confident English proficiency at B2 level or above.• Experience as a videographer, camera operator, or video editor (YouTube projects are an advantage).• Ability to work with professional equipment (camera, lighting, audio).• Proficiency in editing and graphic software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).• Strong sense of composition, understanding of visual dynamics, and awareness of current YouTube trends.• Analytical mindset and interest in working with metrics.• Independence, responsiveness, and readiness to stay connected.Why Join Us• Competitive salary.• Opportunity to bring creative ideas to life and influence the growth of a major YouTube project.• Work in a dynamic and modern team.• Space for professional development and skill expansion.📩 How to ApplyIf this role resonates with you and you meet the requirements, please send your portfolio or work samples to hr@deiz.ae
