You’ll work closely with our creative lead to plan shoots, capture stunning visuals, and produce content that feels fresh, aesthetic, and emotionally engaging.If you’re someone who doesn’t just make “good” videos but obsesses over making them great, this role is for you.What You’ll DoPlan and execute video shoots for our flowers, events, and campaigns alongside our creative head.Capture high-quality, aesthetic content that elevates the brand across social media and digital platforms.Edit and deliver crisp, trend-aligned videos (Reels, YouTube, ads, and brand stories).Bring creative ideas to the table — from concept to execution — not just follow a brief.Manage lighting, camera angles, and mood to maintain Blooms Flora’s premium visual identity.Stay updated on content trends, transitions, and viral formats that drive engagement.Who You AreA proactive storyteller — smart, efficient, and always looking for better ways to shoot.Fluent in Arabic (spoken) — English proficiency preferred.Skilled in shooting, editing, and post-production (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).Strong sense of aesthetic and brand consistency.Comfortable working independently and taking initiative during shoots.Open to experimenting, learning, and pushing creative boundaries.Photography or content creation experience for lifestyle, flowers, or retail brands is a big plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000/monthCreative freedom and a collaborative environment.A chance to build real, standout content with a growing luxury flower brand.Work closely with a passionate team that values ideas, execution, and visual excellence.📸 Check out our work: https://www.instagram.com/uaeflowers_official— This is the vibe we’re building, and we’d love someone who can add to it!
