Offering 360 creative and marketing solutions we provide strategy, storytelling, content creation, web design, and performance marketing in-house.After launching the agency in 2023, our founder Sam relocated the business from the UK to Dubai in late 2024. In this role your responsibilities will include:Capture photo and video content for campaigns, social media and eventsHandle full production workflow (shooting, editing, colour grading, sound)Collaborate with the social and strategy teams on creative concepts and shot listsEdit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)Maintain consistent visual style and brand quality across all outputsManage media assets and ensure efficient file organisationOperate cameras, lighting and audio equipment confidentlyDrone experience preferred but not essentialStay up to date with editing styles and content trendsRequired Skills / Tools:Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut ProAdobe Lightroom and PhotoshopStrong knowledge of framing, lighting and storytellingAbility to work quickly and meet tight deadlinesCreative mindset and adaptabilityLanguage:Fluent written and spoken English requiredPlease note: This position is open only to candidates who are physically located in the United Arab Emirates and hold the right to work.Your Package Includes:A competitive base salaryCompany MacBook30 Days Annual Leave + National holidays following 3-month probation
