We keep things fun, straightforward, and pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients and crew.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Videographer / Editor with experience in construction or property/ real estate content. If you’ve filmed walkthroughs, builds, renos or project showcases, you’ll step straight into the workflow.The role will begin as a fixed 3-month contract to ensure it’s the right fit both ways, with strong potential to move into a part-time or full-time position.This is a hands-on, varied role — a mix of on-site filming, editing, and working directly with clients and our team across both businesses.What You’ll Be DoingFilming property and real estate content with Ward VisualsCreating brand and social content for Mirata Digital clientsEditing full projects with a focus on pacing, colour and storytellingManaging your workflow across multiple projects at onceRepresenting the brand professionally when working with clientsCollaborating with our team to plan, refine and execute creative ideasWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in videography and post-production (property experience preferred)Confident in the Adobe Suite (After Effects is a bonus)Reliable, organised, and professional with clientsBased in or around Newcastle with a current driver licence and transportWho You AreYou care about producing quality work and take pride in improvingYou’re proactive, creative, and like bringing ideas to the tableYou can manage multiple projects without dropping qualityYou enjoy a mix of independence and collaborationYou want to grow with a small, passionate team that’s building momentumGear & RequirementsTo hit the ground running, you should already have:A mirrorless or cinema camera setup (Canon, Sony or equivalent)Gimbal or stabiliser suitable for property walkthroughsLavalier Audio Recording setup e.g. RodeLaptop or desktop capable of editing 4K footage smoothlyReliable internet for file transfers (Dropbox, Google Drive etc.)Drone experience is a plus but not essentialPerksConsistent, reliable work on projects that help you grow and upskillCreative ownership across projects, direction and client relationshipsExposure to premium brands and industries across property and tradesAccess to resources like office space, production support and systemsCommission and performance bonuses for hitting KPIs and personal goalsA chance to build long-term stability while keeping the creative freedom that makes this work rewardingHow to ApplyTo apply, please email ethan@miratadigital.com.au with:A short introduction about yourselfA link to your portfolio, showreel, or Google Drive folder showcasing your best work(Optional) Your resume or brief background summaryYour availability and locationApplications close December 5.
