Job Description

Come tell the stories that wag tails and warm hearts. At Dogs Inc, we don’t just make videos—we craft stories that stir emotions, spark hope, and celebrate the magic between extraordinary dogs and the people whose lives they transform. We’re looking for a full-time videographer and editor to join our in-house Marketing team—someone with a blend of technical skill, creative instinct, and storytelling soul—plus the kind of positive, can-do energy that makes every project better.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both shooting and editing—someone excited to collaborate, pivot when needed, and help shape stories that reflect the heart of our mission. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and take pride in meaningful projects, we’d love to see your work. What You’ll DoPortfolio required to be considered. Work closely with our Director of Video Production to create video content that connects, moves, and inspires.

Collaborate with our video team and creative colleagues in Marketing to plan and produce everything from heartfelt success stories to puppy features to polished PSAs. Capture mission-driven footage that feels real, emotional, and visually engaging. Edit your own footage—and sometimes someone else’s—into meaningful, polished stories. Maintain and operate production equipment, including Sony A7S cameras, lighting kits, and audio gear. Add motion graphics and light effects when needed to enhance storytelling. Manage multiple projects and timelines.

What You’ll BringA degree in film, communications, or a related field—or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in video production. A standout portfolio that showcases both beautiful shooting and thoughtful editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, with After Effects and Photoshop as a bonus). A solid understanding of lighting setups, audio capture, codecs, and post-production workflow. Comfort working in an ever-changing environment—you can pivot quickly, take feedback with grace, and adapt without losing momentum.

Excitement to grow in your craft—you bring creativity, curiosity, and pride in producing meaningful, high-quality work as part of a team. A passion for visual storytelling with a collaborative, positive approach to everything you do. Important InfoApplications without a video portfolio will NOT be considered.
