We specialize in space makeover including categories like wall panels, decorative lighting, and woodwork.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Videographer who can turn design stories into cinematic experiences.You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to capture spaces, craftsmanship, and behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the essence of Revamp makeover.If you have a keen eye for composition, love experimenting with light and motion, and enjoy creating visually rich content - this is the role for you.Experience: 2+ years in videography or video production, preferably in a reputed agency or creative studio. Prior experience in home décor or lifestyle is a plus.Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong ability to juggle multiple projects with basic understanding of sound design and post-production workflowsResponsibilities includePlan and shoot high-quality video content across digital platforms — including social media, website, and ad campaignsOperate professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment to ensure crisp, aesthetic visualsCollaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to translate brand stories into compelling visualsCapture on-ground content — from design reveals and product showcases to customer stories and campaign shootsEnsure videos are optimized for each platform (Instagram, YouTube, Urban Company app)Stay updated with latest trends, gear, and digital formats to keep content fresh and relevantOrganize and maintain a structured library of all video assets and project filesContribute creative ideas to upcoming campaigns, helping shape how we tell our stories through videoComfortable with budgeting with strong attention to detail on production costs (equipment, lighting, etc.)Key SkillsVideography | Camera Operation | Lighting & Composition | Storytelling | Video Editing | Adobe Premiere Pro | Final Cut Pro | DaVinci Resolve | Production Planning | Social Media Content | Creative Direction | On-ground Shoots | Brand StorytellingWhy Join Urban Company At UC, you’ll get to work on category-defining narratives that influence not just our business but the broader culture of work, care, and dignity.
