What is a VIE?It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens between 18 and 28 yo recently graduated from University or Business School.To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:International Graduates (European citizens) between 18 - 28 yo with an average of 12 months of professional experienceFluent in EnglishInternational profile (work experience or studies abroad)Eager to continue your career abroadThis is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. Then look no further than The Absolut Group!We are looking for a VIE Procurement Analyst, based here in Stockholm, starting between January and February 2026.Our procurement team is undergoing a transformation, with an increased focus on category management. This shift reflects our commitment to delivering greater strategic value across indirect procurement, in business services and A&P. This VIE role is critical in supporting Sweden-based procurement with data-driven insights and enhanced reporting capabilities. This reflects the increasing importance of data insights in our organization and the strategic impact of procurement.Main responsibilities and tasks:You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis on indirect spending categories, helping us stay aligned with TAG and Pernod Ricard HQ strategies. Your work will enable a fact-based approach when engaging with internal stakeholders.Procurement Data & Analytics (70%)Perform procurement data analysis to support decision-making, including spend reviews, supplier performance evaluations, cost driver assessments, and delivery of targeted data extracts and ad-hoc insights.Systems & Process Support (20%)Act as super user and administrator for GEP Smart®, and local expert for MDH/PDH platforms.Provide first-level support to TAG users and liaise with the GEP Service team.Operational & Strategic Enablement (10%)Manage the TAC-procurement inbox and support vendor creation tasks as needed.Maintain the local Purchasing Hub and assist with ad-hoc procurement tasks.Support LEAP roll-out and Procurement Policy adherence initiatives, including potential training facilitation.ABOUT YOUAt The Absolut Group, we value collaboration, transparency and foster teamwork and trust across the organization.
