We are looking for a VIE Software Ticket engineer for 12 months within the team.Your challenges?You are responsible to ensure a smooth running system and software development process, method and tool-chain in the projects by handling all tickets raised by the customer and monitoring internal ticketsYou actively understand the customer tickets content and support the team on the internal ticket creation, handling, and managementYou support the system/software project team for process execution, policy & practices in regard to each ticket.You ensure that the system/software organization is supporting the customer tickets closing timeline and available from the project standpoint to support process execution and thus complianceYou drive resolution of issues collected from all assessments and reviewsYou lead the Process Improvement Action Plan to reach process capability goals in regard to ticket managementYou propose tailoring and de-standardization requests to the project teamYou share best practices and Lessons Learned with Project teamsYou communicate the process gaps identified during process piloting and rolloutLet’s Talk About You…You are graduated from an Engineering-Master degree in Software/ElectronicIdeally, you already have experience in tickets management, quality, Software Quality Assurance / Software Development or embedded system/software development (Automotive is a plus)You have a fluent level of EnglishYou have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinkingYou are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.Why Valeo?To join a competitive group, a French pioneer in automotive innovationFor a dynamic career with possibilities for national or international mobility, adapted to your aspirationsTo contribute to the development of greener mobilityValeo places great importance on recruiting diverse profiles: we are open to all talents and we promote an inclusive and multicultural environment.
