Job Responsibilities:KOL Recruitment and Management: Responsible for developing, communicating, and managing influencers in the local Market, building and maintaining long-term, stable partnerships.KOL Collaboration Strategy: Create personalized cooperation plans for influencers based on market demands, identify high-potential influencers resources, and coordinate influencers promotional activities.Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market trend analysis, competitor research, and identify potential opportunities to formulate targeted promotional strategies.Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously track and evaluate the performance of influencers activities, analyze data to assess ROI, identify issues, and propose optimization strategies to improve promotional effectiveness.Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, operations, and products to ensure influencers' needs are met, driving cooperation to achieve desired outcomes.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Native in local language, Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in influencer business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.Resource Network: Strong Influencer resource with a deep understanding of influencer operations.Business Negotiation Skills: Skilled in maintaining influencer relationships and business negotiations, capable of driving long-term, deep collaborations.Project Management Skills: Able to manage multiple influencer collaboration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and completion.Data-driven Thinking: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize influencer strategies based on data insights to improve conversion rates.
