Job ResponsibilityProvide health screening and personalized nutrition consultations to customers, assessing their dietary needs, and recommending suitable nutritional advises and products to improve their health and well-being. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition and health supplements, and incorporate them into product recommendations. Manage inventory, including monitoring product expiry dates, optimizing stock levels and making informed decisions about stock control. Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines. Implement effective merchandising strategies to boost sales. Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Attend staff training sessions as necessary. Provide coverage for other nutritionists when required. Engage in social media content planning/creation, and online sales, as necessary. Participate in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos, if needed. Collect and understand customer needs, feedback, and nutrition trends, and communicate with the marketing team, product development team, and top management. Train and oversee outlet staff, develop work schedules, and assign tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
Offer coaching and support to team members to achieve monthly sales KPI (for supervisors / store manager only)Other ad-hoc jobs / paperwork as required by the supervisor or top management. Job RequirementsBachelorâs degree in nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science & Technology, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates who have graduated in other fields but demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition principles and the benefits of nutritional products are also encouraged to apply. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a health supplement or beauty care setting, will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in social media posting skills, such as content creation, flyer design, image editing, video editing etc. is advantageous. Junior nutritionists are welcome to apply. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition and health supplements. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace at an intermediate level.
