FIFO from PerthFamily friendly rostering 2 weeks on, 2 weeks offOngoing mentoring, development and career growth opportunitiesOwner Operator Mine site catering run by the company Excellent company and site culture Be a part of our growing close-knit team Work with a lean, high-accountability team where your contribution is visible and rewarded.Stable long-term employment on a site with 5+ years of mine life.Modern camp & workshop just 7 minutes from camp: clean facilities, gym, quality meals, tavern/deck for downtime.Bonuses paid consistently (10% reward for performance).Employee support: discounts, EAP, referral incentives.The opportunityAs an experienced Assistant Village Manager / Village Coordinator you will support the village managerTraining and daily management of housekeepers, ensuring regular monitoring of rooms, facilities and common areas.Ensure effective and efficient delivery of service to a high standard across the village operationsContribute to the effective use of resources and maintain cost control measuresConduct audits to monitor standard of cleanliness and provide reportsMonitor and replenish cleaning consumables including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves.Participate in large cleaning projects or ad hoc cleaning as required.Provide coordination and role modelling to ensure all staff work cooperatively and effectively as a team.In addition, you'll be a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP. You can delegate effectively, lead by example and drive performance to achieve outcomes for our clientsExperience and Qualifications:Outstanding leader with the ability to build a strong, stable team Strong understanding of budgets and rosteringFIFO experience as a Village Manager or AVM or a highly experienced ideally Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Ability to obtain a WA Approved Managers license Currently have or willing to obtain a clear National Police Clearance under 12 months old Knowledge of rostering & time and attendance is essential Able to train and develop your own team onsite Strong computer literacy, able to pick up new systems quickly Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Exceptional time management and organizational skills Comfortable with data and regular reporting Excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to develop a high performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer service Passionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all employeesCandidates must be available for a face to face interview in Perth and be able to commence within 4 weeks.
