Located in Bozhou, we're reimagining what's possible in whisky by combining China's ancient baijiu fermentation techniques with French distillation artistry and Scottish maturation wisdom. Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional VIP Sales Manager to join our elite team and manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in Guangdong Province. This is a premium role for an experienced luxury sales professional who will serve as both brand ambassador and dedicated relationship manager for our most valued clients and Secret Cask program participants. Key Responsibilities: UHNW Client Portfolio ManagementManage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of 100+ Ultra High Net Worth clientsLeverage existing high-end client relationships to drive premium sales growthConduct regular client visits and maintain deep understanding of individual client preferences and needsDevelop long-term client retention strategies and lifetime value optimization Secret Cask Program LeadershipDrive sales of premium Secret Cask ownership programs (¥120,000+ per cask)Provide white-glove service throughout the entire cask ownership journeyCoordinate exclusive cask owner experiences, tastings, and distillery visitsManage cask maturation consultations and personalized bottling services Luxury Brand AmbassadorshipRepresent Guqi brand at high-end events, private clubs, and exclusive gatheringsEducate clients on whisky craftsmanship, heritage, and investment potentialBuild brand presence within luxury lifestyle communities and networksMaintain Guqi's premium positioning in competitive luxury spirits market Relationship Development & NetworkingCultivate relationships with luxury goods dealers, private banks, and wealth management firmsDevelop partnerships with high-end hospitality venues, private clubs, and luxury retailersAttend and host exclusive events targeting UHNW individualsLeverage existing networks to identify and acquire new premium clients Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop territory-specific sales strategies for Guangdong marketCollaborate with marketing team on targeted campaigns for UHNW segmentsProvide market intelligence and client feedback to product development teamsMaintain detailed client relationship management records and sales forecasting Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)5+ years of experience in luxury product sales or luxury/high-end spirits salesProven track record of achieving consistent double-digit sales growthExisting high-end client base and established relationships within luxury marketDemonstrated ability to sell high-priced products and servicesExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsFluent in Mandarin and CantoneseWillingness to travel extensively within Guangdong Province Preferred (not required) Qualifications:Experience with Private Client Director or similar luxury relationship management rolesEstablished network within Guangdong UHNW communitiesKnowledge of whisky production, tasting, and investment marketsExperience with cask ownership or wine investment programsProfessional certifications in spirits or wine (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, etc.)
