VIP User Service Manager

Responsibilities:Build WhatsApp and other social media groups with core users, maintaining close communication and keeping track of real-time changes in user status, with responsibility for driving user top-ups.Efficiently analyze data to understand user spending behaviors and preferences, and provide customized offers and solutions accordingly.Effectively convert potential users, promote ongoing top-up campaigns, and ensure users are well-informed about the activities.Requirements:Ability to communicate in basic English (fluency is preferred).⁠Strong stakeholder management skills. Patient, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to respond quickly to user needs.
