About the AURA SkypoolWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented VIP Waiter to join our exceptional team at AURA Skypool. Perched 210 meters above the sea level, AURA offers an extraordinary experience with breathtaking views of the iconic Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah, and the glistening Arabian Gulf horizon. The VIP Waiter is responsible for representing the Venue and provide high levels of customer service to all VIP diners to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again. The ideal candidate will have proven waiter experience in a similar establishment, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of Food and Beverage knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt, and courteous greeting of VIP customersTake orders and deliver food to VIP customers on the table in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectationsFollow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelinesHave a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customersEnsure food quality and consistency is delivered at all timesManage the set up and close down of tables within sectionMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsIdeal CandidateAt least 1-2 years’ experience as Waitress with strong background in handling VIP guests.Must have strong upselling skills and premium bottle service.Strong knowledge of cocktails, premium wines, and champagne service etiquette.Highly confident, charismatic & discreet when handling high-profile guestsGood English communication, fluency in multiple languages e.g. Russian, French, Spanish, or Mandarin will be highly preferred BenefitsCompetitive SalaryDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
