This role is part project management, part admin support, part tech support.You’ll help keep projects on track in ClickUp, manage inboxes, support leads, assist with systems research and setup, and provide overall operational support.Don’t worry if you don’t know every platform — if you’re organized, tech-savvy, and a fast learner, training will be provided.Objectives of the RoleKeep projects structured, tidy, and on track in ClickUpAssist with systems research, setup, and documentationManage inboxes and ensure smooth communicationMonitor online groups for new leads and ensure none slip through the cracksSupport audits and implementation projectsKey ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementBuild and maintain project boards, timelines, and workflowsTrack deadlines and follow up with team/clientsDocument repeatable processes for efficiencySystems SupportResearch software options and prepare pros/consAssist with system setup and permissionsCreate SOPs and user-friendly guidesEmail ManagementManage company inboxes, draft replies, and flag urgent messagesMaintain inbox zeroLead ManagementMonitor groups for new leadsDraft initial replies, record leads into the CRM, and track progressAudit & Implementation SupportComplete audit templates with client informationDraft deliverables (comparisons, recommendations)Assist in shaping implementation plansSkills & QualificationsStrong project management skills (OBM, PM, or Operations Coordinator background preferred)Experience managing multiple projectsTech-savvy and eager to learn new platformsHighly organized and detail-orientedFamiliarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similarExcellent written EnglishComfortable managing inboxes and professional communicationVA/admin experience a plusQuick learner and able to adapt to new systemsWhat We Offer✨ Fully remote role with flexible hours ✨ Opportunity to work with a growing international client ✨ Learn new systems and tools ✨ Supportive, collaborative environmentHow to ApplyIf this sounds like the right role for you, please submit your resume and a short introduction highlighting your project management and tech background to:📧 recruitment@bravo-os.com
