This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a keen visual sense to help us deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.TasksResponsibilities:Manage and update products, bundles, and metafields within ShopifyHandle content updates and merchandising tasks using Shopify and ShogunSupport product launches incl. bundles and collection setupsPerform bug testing and landing page testing to ensure flawless customer experienceConduct research tasks to support decision-making and innovationDocument procedures, workflows, and best practices for internal referenceCollaborate on project management tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely executionAssist with data analysis and performance trackingSelect and curate product content when neededMaintain accurate and thorough documentation in project management tools (preferably ClickUp)RequirementsRequirements:Solid knowledge of Shopify (products, collections, metafields, bundles)Experience with Shogun or similar page buildersStrong project management skills and experience using PM tools (ideally ClickUp)Strong analytical skills combined with a visual eye for contentFlexible, proactive, and hands-on approachThorough and detail-orientedAffinity for products and e-commercePositive, solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English (written and spoken)BenefitsWhat We Offer:Fully remote work environmentFlexible schedule within a set of core hoursFreelance contract with consistent hoursOption to gradually increase hours based on performance and interestGenerous discounts on our jewelry and other brandsOpen-minded team that values collaboration and knowledge-sharing
