Company DescriptionThe Modern VA helps small businesses work smarter by combining AI strategy, implementation, and team training — without the need for a full-time tech hire.We bridge the gap between smart systems and human support, simplifying work, streamlining tools, and empowering the people behind operations.Our offerings include AI-powered Virtual Assistant support, AI audits, workflow recommendations, hands-on implementation of tools, team training, ongoing support, and practical SOPs/templates.Our mission is to keep things clear, relevant, and easy to implement so your team can focus on growth.Role DescriptionThis is a freelance, interim contract role for a Virtual Assistant experienced in training LLMs (such as ChatGPT) to create social media content in client brand voices.The Virtual Assistant will support The Modern VA with client content projects, helping to build and refine AI-driven content systems that deliver consistent, on-brand messaging.This is an immediate-start freelance role with the potential to develop into a longer-term collaboration as we expand our client portfolio and AI training services.Key responsibilities include:Training or guiding LLMs to produce on-brand social media contentTranslating client tone of voice and messaging frameworks into structured prompt systemsRefining and testing prompts for tone, clarity, and consistencySupporting ongoing client AI strategy and implementation projectsQualificationsProven experience training or guiding LLMs (ideally ChatGPT, but open to Claude experience too) for brand-specific content creationStrong understanding of social media strategy and tone of voice adaptationExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client briefsUK-based (remote role)Bonus: Experience building SOPs, automations, or AI prompt libraries📩 To Apply:Please send an email to lara@themodernva.tech with:A short introduction to your experienceExamples of previous work demonstrating your ability to train LLMs for brand-specific content⚡ Work smarter.
