This role blends operational support with creative execution, requiring the ability to produce videos, graphics, and visual content using AI tools and maintain engaging social media channels.You will play a key role in shaping WALEXD’s brand online while ensuring smooth operations, leveraging AI to optimize workflows and amplify impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually engaging AI-generated videos, graphics, and illustrations for marketing, learning content, and social media.Manage and grow WALEXD’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).Use AI tools to automate content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.Support executive scheduling, emails, meetings, and communications efficiently.Develop, maintain, and optimize content calendars and marketing campaigns using AI workflows.Generate reports, summaries, and insights using AI analytics tools to inform decision-making.Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity.Identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational efficiency, automation, and enhanced learner engagement.Assist with ad-hoc projects, presentations, and platform-related content tasks.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in virtual assistance, digital marketing, or content creation.Expert-level proficiency with AI tools for visual content creation (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.).Experience managing social media channels for brand growth and engagement.Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tech-savvy with productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.).Passion for education, creativity, and using AI to enhance learning experiences.What You’ll GainCompensation/Payment as agreed.Hands-on experience in a cutting-edge AI-driven education startup.Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of AI-generated videos, graphics, and social campaigns.Mentorship from visionary leaders shaping the future of AI in education.Exposure to operational and creative workflows in a fully digital, global-focused company.Flexible, fully remote work environment with growth opportunities into higher payment or leadership roles.How to ApplySend your CV, a short cover letter, and examples of AI-generated content or social media projects to: ai.walexd@gmail.com
