Visa processing Officer - Work Together

This Job is with Work Together.Responsibilities: Process and review visa applications submitted by individuals or organizations. Verify and validate documentation submitted with visa applications for accuracy and compliance with regulations. Communicate with applicants to provide guidance and information regarding visa requirements and regulations. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in visa applications. Maintain confidentiality and security of all personal and sensitive information collected during the visa application process. Keep updated with changes in visa laws and regulations and ensure these are communicated effectively to applicants. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports regarding visa applications processed and decisions made.Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visa processing or a related field. Extensive knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility to work in person as required.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Law, or Business Administration. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Familiarity with various visa types and requirements for different countries. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Multilingual skills are an advantage.Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
