Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director – Digital Advertising to lead our digital creative strategy, ideation, and execution. This role will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that our brand message resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of digital advertising, storytelling, and design, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset. Start date: 1st October Key ResponsibilitiesCreative LeadershipDevelop and champion a compelling creative vision for digital campaigns aligned with brand identity and business goals.

Oversee the conceptualization and production of digital assets, including display ads, social media campaigns, video, motion graphics, and interactive content. Provide clear creative direction and leadership to internal teams. Strategy & InnovationCollaborate with strategy, media, and data teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and optimized for performance. Stay abreast of digital trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate the creative approach. Project ManagementOversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Sourcing Creative solutions externally if needed keeping cost efficiency as priority.

Ensure that all creative output meets quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and is delivered on time. Team DevelopmentMentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of in house designersFoster a collaborative and inclusive creative culture that encourages experimentation and professional growth. Qualifications ExperienceMinimum of 8–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio of digital advertising work. Proven experience in leading creative for multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta and Google min). Background of in-house environments preferred. SkillsExceptional creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills.

Strong understanding of branding Soft SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills; capable of inspiring and influencing across teams.
