Visit, Business & Investor Visa Counselor

Beacon Excellence Consultants is looking for a visit, business & Investor visa counselor who meets these criteria.Key Responsibilities:Research, prepare, and submit Visit, Business, and Investor visa applications for various countries.Guide clients through eligibility assessments, documentation requirements, and visa processes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy updates, and policy changes.Conduct consultations and follow-ups to ensure smooth processing of applications.Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional guidance.Convert potential leads into mature clients through persuasive and ethical counseling.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation.Maintain records and reports of visa applications and client interactions.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in handling visit, business, and investor visas.Strong knowledge of visa categories, country-specific procedures, and documentation.Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.Proven ability to convert leads into clients.Strong research and application handling skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) or relevant degree is preferred.
