Visitor Service Representative

Visitor Service Representatives (VSRs) are the primary contacts with visitors tothe National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum and the Matchless Mine. VSRswork primarily at the Gift Shop/admissions desk. VSRs provide friendly serviceand accurate information to visitors to ensure pleasant, positive, and memorableexperiences. VSRs typically greet visitors, sell admissions, provide orientation,sell Gift Shop merchandise, encourage the purchase of memberships, and thankvisitors for their visit. They often spend time talking with visitors about mining andlocal attractions and amenities.
