Teachers benefit from strong professional support, modern teaching facilities, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven institution shaping the next generation of globally minded learners.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons within the IB PYP framework, integrating key concepts, ATL skills, and the Learner ProfileConnect Visual Arts to transdisciplinary Units of Inquiry; design age-appropriate projects that build techniques, creativity, and reflectionUse formative and summative assessments aligned to school/PYP expectations; curate student art portfolios and displays/exhibitionsTeach safe, responsible use of tools and materials; manage inventory and classroom routines effectivelyDifferentiate for diverse learners, including EAL/SEN, and integrate appropriate digital art/mediaCollaborate with homeroom teachers and specialists on unit planning, events, and whole-school arts initiativesCommunicate progress and next steps to students and parents through reports, conferences, and agreed channelsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related fieldTwo or more years of primary/elementary Visual Arts teaching experienceIB PYP experience preferred; familiarity with transdisciplinary planning and inquiry-based learningBenefitsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsRelocation allowance of 2,000 RMBAnnual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMBWork Visa providedSummer and winter holidaysNational holidaysMedical insuranceLunch and shuttle bus provided by the schoolLaptop provided by the school
