Visual Merchandiser - Dubai Mall

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Retail Manager, you will be a Visual Merchandiser based in the Dubai Mall Fashion boutique. You will ensure the VM implementation of new collections accoding to the guidelines, maintain VM in the boutique, you will support the VM strategies and make sure they are well adhered to and well perceived by the boutique management staff, you will also assist other boutiques with collection launches, following the Visual Merchandising schedule for each season.Your main responsibilities are:Implement collection launches, window installations, and animations in the boutiqueConsistently maintain the CHANEL image within the boutiqueSupport collection launches across multiple locationsYou are energised by:Working with others in a collaborative environmentChange and a fast paced dynamicWorking with a results focused mindsetYou will bring:Creativty and innovative thinkingKnowledge of fashion, style and current visual merchandising trends Ability to convert VM actions into commercial results, best practices, and understanding the business needsFlexibility in terms of schedule (overnights, time shifit and weekends required)At least 3 years experience in the field of visual merchandising, ideally with a luxury fashion brand
