Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser based in Kuwait City. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and setting up eye-catching window displays, maintaining in-store visual standards, and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with retail and sales teams, and optimizing visual strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Retail, including understanding customer preferences and shopping behaviorsProficiency in designing and executing Window DisplaysBasic Sales knowledge to support merchandising goalsA keen eye for detail, creativity, and an understanding of industry trendsTeam collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in visual merchandising or related fields is an advantageA degree or certification in fashion, design, or a related field is beneficial
