Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the daily execution of in-store visual merchandising operations. This role is essential in delivering consistent, high-quality brand presentation across all stores in Japan.Key Responsibilities:Execute day-to-day visual merchandising setups, including product displays, window setups, and in-store visual refreshes.Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with proper display implementation.Coordinate with store teams to ensure all visual elements are aligned with VM guidelines and timelines.Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.Assist in preparing visual materials and VM kits for stores.Report displays status and feedback from stores to the VM Supervisor for review and adjustments.Requirements:Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar VM role, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and hands-on execution ability.Able to work independently and within a fast-paced retail environment.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 3Ds Max) is a plus.Basic communication skills in Mandarin preferred, to liaise with HQ if necessary.
