Develop and implement strategic account management plans to drive revenue growth and meet the company's business objectives in the live gaming sector. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and increase client base. 2.      Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues efficiently. 3.      Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team objectives are met. 4.      Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account management department to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Develop and implement streamlined processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency. 5.      Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide clients with informed recommendations. Analyze market data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic adjustments to account management practices. 6.      Communication and Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management on account management activities, client feedback, and revenue forecasts. Facilitate regular communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project status. Requirements: 1.      Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous. 2.      Experience: Extensive experience in account management within the iGaming industry, specifically in B2B. live gaming environments are an advantage. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. People management experience is a must. 3.      Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 4.      Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming sector, including regulatory requirements and emerging trends in live gaming. Proficient in using CRM software and other tools used for account management and data analysis. 5.      Personal Attributes: Results and commercially driven and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6.      Language: professional English.
