You understand the platform's limitations and ideally hold at least one Salesforce certification.Your strong customer service orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team, and comprehensive project management vision will be assets for success in this role.You excel in communication, active listening, and challenging teams, and you are proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
