Job Description
Let's start a new adventure at Teleperformance One Kattameya as a fluent English speaker for Voice, Email & Chat Account ✨️Job scope:Agents will provide advanced on-phone support for Customers and also field technicians who need support while On-Site with Customer and manage escalations into the Buyer and Customer relations teams as required by Buyer management.· Gather service history and develop action plan to resolve complex cases· Verify dispatch compliance and/or engage Buyer support via appropriate tool· Evaluate prior Customer history and troubleshoot to facilitate first case resolution· Document actions and prepare Customer communications· Order appropriate follow up activities· Follow-up on any open action items· Continue case ownership to final resolutionTechnical Skills:· ISP skills: sign-up, install, connection, messaging (Chat, e-mail), navigation, online support, etc.· Proficiency in a multi-system environment.· Basic internet and web-based application skills.· Strong typing and Personal Computer (“PC”) skills.· Demonstrate an awareness of new software and technology.· Computer, Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone knowledge.· Demonstrate Internet navigation and search experience on a computer.· Understanding of consumer electronics.Experience, Education, and Certification:· High school degree or equivalent (required).· College degree (preferred).· PC industry knowledge required.· Sales/service experience in retail, sales, service or other “helping” business.Prerequisite qualifications:. Minimum 6 Months Experience as a technical support advisor.· Previous experience working in similar technical support role with demonstrated sales capabilities. · Experience supporting Customers in a Customer facing, applicable environment.· Positive performance reviews and previous employer references.· Strong verbal applicable language skills – native or near native / minimal accent impact.· Demonstrate ability to take ownership of Customer issue and follow-up with Customer to ensure a successful resolution and delightful experience.· Attention to detail with Customer and case documentation.· Fluent Proficiency & comprehension in their assigned language(s).
