We focus on delivering Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity services across the region.Description:For this opportunity, we are looking for a Project Manager to assist one of our clients in the banking industry - a leading global investment bank.RequirementsResponsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets for Record Keeping Perimeter Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables Lead cross-functional teams including but not limited to IT, business analyst or application supports Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track Liaise with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and equipment Oversee the setup of Record Keeping solition components including servers, networking, storage etc Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockersAble to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities Practical experience in managing projects on: Cisco voice, Unigy, SBC, voice recording (Verint/NICE), MS TeamsEffective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross function stakeholders at all levels, and a proven record track record of delivering projects Proficient in problem solving, analytical and project management for large scale project deliveryTechnical Competencies:5+ Years' experience delivering technical complex voice-related projects Understanding of Voice Recording Systems solutions and architectureUnderstanding of Voice Systems: IPC UNIGY Version 5.5Cisco CUCM v15MS Teams VoiceFamiliar with Agile delivery methodologies as well as traditional waterfallPMP, Prince-2 certified would be an advantageUnderstanding of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD-Frank, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent customer-service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize along with good time management skillsAbility to work as part of a Global teamBenefitsRegular team buildings18 leave days / yearHealth, Dental and Optical Insurance Annual bonusWorking hours: from 9am to 6pm, Monday to FridayTraining and certifications paths
