Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be responsible for the architecture, design, support, and integration of Asterisk-based communications functions and FreeSwitch GW solutions for multiple application solutions in addition to Alcatel PBX Configurations & Administration.Architect the design of Asterisk-& Free Switch-based services.Design specific configurations and modifications to the Asterisk & Free Switch server to meet individual project requirements. In conjunction with application developers, prepare implementation plans and schedules.Alcatel PBX System Setup & configurationsModify the Asterisk source code as necessary to implement specific functions and to integrate with internal applications.Support application developers in integrating and testing Asterisk implementations with overall systems.Develops Tools (git, ansible, jenkins)Linux deployment, operation and monitoringTroubleshooting tools such as wireshark and tcpdump.Relational Databases (MySQL, Postgres) QualificationsMinimum 2 years in the above technologiesStrong network programming skills (TCP/IP / sockets) preferredStrong ability to work effectively within a small technical teamGood interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedComfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, both internal and externalCapability to produce technical documentation of design and implementationStrong autonomous self-managing workerStrong technical troubleshooting skills
