Volunteer TugOnn Global Student Project

Company Description TugOnn is a social platform currently being built to bring communities closer through meaningful, local engagement. The goal is to create a space where people can take part in challenges, showcase their talents, offer help, and highlight positive actions happening around them, relevant to their location and community. TugOnn focuses on rewarding real contribution and connection instead of views or likes, with a fair earning model recognizing users who bring value to others. The project is in its early phase, with students from across the World already involved, helping shape the platform through development, strategy, and creative input. TugOnn aims to be a platform for people who want to make things better, starting right where they are. Role Description This is a volunteer UI/UX Designer remote role for a Global Student Project participant at TugOnn Schweiz. The participant will be responsible for contributing to platform development, strategy formulation, creative input, and engaging with local communities. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and working on application design of the platform, working on community engagement initiatives, and collaborating with other students and team members across World. Qualifications Graphic Design skills, including Web App, Mobile App designing.Strategy skills, including Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, and Problem-solvingCreative skills, including Content Creation, Graphic Design, and Innovative Thinking for social media platform managemnt purposes.Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work in a remote and diverse teamPassion for community engagement and social impactAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyGood knowledge in working with Canva and Figma is essencial.
